Terms of Use

1. Who can use WAID

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. What WAID is

WAID lets members share structured feedback about people they have dated through a standardized 14-question rating (10 scored behavior questions, 3 non-scored dating-insight questions and 1 overall question), and look up feedback others have shared. WAID is a community opinion platform. It is not a background-check service, not a consumer reporting agency, and it does not verify identity, criminal history, or any factual claim.

3. Permitted use

You may use WAID only for your own personal, non-commercial dating safety decisions. You may not:

• use WAID for employment, tenant, credit, insurance or any legally regulated screening;
• rate someone you have never personally dated or interacted with romantically;
• submit ratings to harass, retaliate against, defame, stalk or intimidate anyone;
• create fake accounts, buy or sell ratings, or manipulate scores;
• scrape, resell, republish or redistribute any data from WAID;
• attempt to identify, contact or confront a person based on WAID data.

4. Ratings you submit

Ratings consist of standardized, multiple-choice answers only. There are no free-text reviews, photos or contact details. Scored behavior questions contribute to a person's WAID Score; dating-insight questions provide context and do not affect it. Ratings are permanent once submitted and are shown in aggregate. You keep responsibility for your submissions and grant WAID a licence to display them in aggregated form. We may remove any rating or profile at our discretion.

5. Credits, Premium and payments

Each search costs 1 search credit. You earn 1 credit for each rating you submit. Credit packs (5 credits for $2.99) are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used. WAID Premium ($9.99/month) gives unlimited searches, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you break these terms, abuse the rating system, or use WAID in a way that puts other people at risk. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

WAID is provided "as is". We do not warrant that ratings are accurate, complete or reflect any person's real character. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAID is not liable for any decision you make based on the platform, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
